What is Peer Group Learning?

If you want to benefit from learning opportunities from other businesses, you could thrive by being part of Business Link’s Peer Group Learning. Have you ever wished you could share your business successes with like-minded people or work through critical issues facing your business? Peer Group Learning is the answer. It allows business owners to interact, share knowledge and learn from each others’ business experiences. All business sectors are welcome to encourage collaborative working and development of consortia. Each session is facilitated by a Business Link Adviser. 

Peer Group Learning membership

• Business Link will run up to 9 Peer Group Learning sessions per month, geographically spread throughout the region, 10 months of the year. Uniquely flexible so you can book up to 5 meetings per month, with a choice from breakfast or afternoon sessions (refreshments included). Members must confirm their attendance to meetings in advance via the website, www.businesslinkhampshireiow.co.uk/events or phoning the events hotline number on 08454 58 85 57
• The Peer Group Learning website will raise members’ profiles by adding their business details to the ‘members only area’
• A guest will be able to attend 2 meetings, without commitment , before deciding whether to join
• The organisation becomes the member (no need for an individual membership), allowing several representatives to attend meetings county-wide, up to a maximum of 2 attending any single meeting
• Signposting to other business support services provided by Business Link e.g. the availability of free one-to-one clinics, for those occasions when you require or prefer individual discussion and advice about your business
• All members will receive a Peer Group Learning membership certificate
• A membership waiting list will be established once the optimum number of members has been reached
